Data may be shared with hosting, infrastructure, mail, technical-support and billing providers, and with authorities where legally required.
4. Retention
Data is retained for periods necessary for the contract, legal obligations, security and legal claims. Analytics is subject to configured retention.

6. Data entered by an organization
Where a person’s data appears in a service job, customer record, equipment record, attachment or other record created by a service organization, that organization is generally the controller and the ASK Serwis Manager Operator is its processor.
